IDA and American Water Works Association (AWWA) are co-publishers of the IDA Journal on Desalination and Water Reuse.  Launched at the 2009 World Congress in Dubai, this new publication includes peer-reviewed articles on the technical and scientific aspects of desalination.

The new journal is published quarterly and made available in both print and electronic formats. The Journal is an IDA member benefit during its inaugural year and since its debut in November has released two additional issues. The electronic version features a unique page-turning functionality that mimics the printed publication. Readers can interact with content in many ways, including on-line links and language translation.
