PLANT MANAGER II

The worldwide leader in water & wastewater public-private contracts is recruiting for Plant Managers for our Caribbean locations.

The candidate must have experience in the management, operation, and maintenance of RO Sea Water Plants. This includes troubleshooting technical problems and hands-on experience maintaining SWRO plants of multi-train processes for plants with design capabilities up to 23,000 m3 per day or 6.0 MGD.

Candidate should have experience managing a staff of 10 – 15 operators/maintenance personnel. Experience managing the technical and financial performance of an SWRO Water Plant in order to deliver a quality product on time and at the lowest achievable cost consistent with overall business objectives.

Builds/maintains relationship with customer & suppliers. Administers client contracts, and proactively manages safety, site appearance and environmental issues and ensures compliance with World Health Organization, Local Government, Federal and State standards. A Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 5 + years experience within a SWRO water /wastewater treatment environment.
