Dr. Abdulmajeed Ali Alawadhi is currently the Assistant Undersecretary (Distribution and Customer Services), Ministry of Electricity and Water, State of Bahrain. He is responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance and conservation with research and development of resources in the field of electricity and water. Dr. Alawadhi received his B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Cairo University, Egypt and his Masters Degree in Desalination from Glasgow University, Scotland. He has a Ph.D. degree in the field of Corrosion in Desalination Plants from University of Manchester, U.K.
