April 2004 to present CEO of Water & Electricity Co, (WEC) Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 30 years in Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC).
A giant leap has been taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the privatisation of the core industries of Power & Water. The Supreme Economic Council passed Resolution 5/23 to establish a frame work for participation of the private sector in water desalination and power projects. As part of implementation of Resolution 5/23, WEC was formed as an offtaker of multiple IWPPs for these privatization processes, compassing its all financial, legal and technical aspects.
