Mr. Humphrey Gouverneur has a masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Eindhoven in the Netherlands. He is a member of the Dutch Royal Institute of Engineers. During his more than 30 years career with Aqualectra,the Water and Power Utilities from Curacao, he has gained a wealth of experience with seawater desalination, with MSF,MED and SWRO and is also an expert in the field of electricity production.
Since 1999 he holds the position of Director of Production with Aqualectra.
