The 2009 IDA World Congress will be held November 7-12, at the Atlantis Resort, The Palm, Dubai, UAE. Printed copies of the call for papers are being mailed to all current IDA members. Extended abstracts are being accepted online at http://ida.pmcc.com/abstracts beginning July 1 and ending October 1, 2008

Please do not email abstracts. Only abstracts submitted through the online paper management site will be considered.
